How can I check if a product can be activated in my country?

Any geographical constraints are indicated in the product sheets on Mr Key Shop.

If the geographical area of validity is one of the available options, select the region where you want to activate the product. If this option is unavailable, the product you purchase is not geographically restricted.

Which version of Windows should I choose?

2) If so, what operating system and version (e.g. Windows 10, MacOS Sonoma, etc.)?

3) Is your device intended for personal or professional use?

4) Considering your computer use, is it a priority to have high performance while being careful about costs or to save as much as possible while still getting a valid product?

Can I upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 or Windows 11?

Microsoft no longer allows direct upgrades from Windows 7 to Windows 10 or Windows 11. To switch to the new operating system, you must format your PC and perform a new installation.

Can I buy an Office package compatible with my iPad/tablet or smartphone?

The only Office licenses currently available that are compatible with tablets or smartphones (Android/iOS) are the Microsoft 365 licenses. Please note that these are not lifetime licenses; they require renewal at the end of the subscription period.

Can I purchase a valid license to activate Office on multiple PCs?

The only Office license you can activate on multiple devices is Office 365 Personal. Please note that this is not a lifetime license; renewal is required at the end of the subscription period.

Can the Windows licenses activate Windows on Parallels running on a Mac?

The Windows licenses available in our store can be used to activate Windows on Parallels running on a Mac. Just be careful to purchase the proper license according to the Windows edition to activate it.

What is the Educational version of Autodesk products? Do you also have other versions of Autocad and other Autodesk products?

The Autodesk licenses available in our store are Educational, an edition designed for private use for educational/training and non-professional purposes. This edition includes all the features of the professional editions, and the files sent for printing do not have watermarks or other references to the software edition.
