I can't install Office; I get the error '30182-44 (2)'. What can I do to fix it?

To resolve the issue and complete the installation, proceed as follows:

1) Uninstall Office using this Microsoft tool:

2) Restart your PC (please note: do not switch off and switch on your PC, just restart it)

3) Proceed with the installation again, following the instructions provided in the delivery email
