DOWNLOAD AND INSTALLATION ISSUES

The Download and Installation Issues section is designed to help you when you encounter difficulties downloading or installing products purchased from Mr Key Shop. Here you will find guidance on slow or interrupted downloads, incomplete or damaged files, and issues related to system permissions. The section also explains how to start installation files correctly, temporarily disable security blocks, and verify that the process has been completed without errors. Consulting these FAQs allows you to resolve the most common problems yourself, reducing installation time and ensuring correct use of the software.

After purchase, together with the activation key, we sent you the link to download the installation file and the instructions for installing and activating the software. You will also find instructions for uninstalling other software versions that are already present, if necessary.

Your order details are also available in the ‘My Keys’ section of your account on Mrkeyshop.com.

Please follow the instructions carefully to proceed. If you encounter difficulty, contact us for technical support.

The link provided, and the ISO file to download are the official Microsoft ones. They work regularly and are safe.

Please try downloading the file using another browser. If the problem persists, kindly send us a screenshot or photo showing the entire window in which the error is reported.

If you get a warning for security reasons, the problem may be related to your browser's security settings or antivirus. The ISO file (installation file) is protected internally to prevent manipulation. For this reason, it cannot be scanned internally, and the browser/antivirus shows this warning as it cannot guarantee the file integrity.

There are mainly two causes that prevent the download.

The first is that Windows is in 'S' mode. Check it here: 'START > SETTINGS > SYSTEM > ACTIVATION.' If Windows is in S mode, you cannot install programs downloaded online; only those available on the Microsoft Store can. You can disable the 'S' mode by following this guide:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows/switching-out-of-s-mode-in-windows-4f56d9be-99ec-6983-119f-031bfb28a307

The other cause can be the 'Apps' menu settings. To change the settings of the App menu, you need to set the 'Anywhere' option as shown in this guide:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows/change-your-app-recommendation-settings-in-windows-f21b5c60-e996-4ee4-c2cf-b4a90c0bef9b

The time required to download the software does not depend on us, but on your connection. If necessary, we recommend that you contact your Internet service provider to check for any technical issues.

The installation file may have been corrupted during download. Try deleting the file and downloading it again. Be sure that the download is complete before using the file.

If the problems persist, please contact us by attaching a screenshot or photo showing the entire window reporting the error.
