How the Black Friday + Cashback promotion works

During Black Friday, every purchase generates double value: in addition to the discount dedicated to the chosen software category, you will automatically receive a percentage of credit that will be credited to your Mr Key Shop Wallet. You can use this Cashback to reduce the cost of future orders, optimise recurring budgets and maximise the ROI on your software purchases.

The cashback on the Mr Key Shop Wallet is cumulative, has no expiry date and can be used for any new order.

The new Wallet feature will be officially launched by December 31, 2025.

All credits earned during Black Friday will be automatically credited by the date indicated.

The credit can only be used for subsequent orders. In the event of an order return, the credit will not be generated or may be revoked, as stated in our terms and conditions.

You will also receive an email confirming the credit has been applied, so you can use it immediately on your next orders.

➔Example 1 (credit and use)

You purchased licenses for €1,000 with a 30% discount and a 10% Wallet discount: immediate savings of €300 + 100 points on your Wallet. You can only use the Cashback in points credited to your Wallet on a subsequent order.

➔Example 2 (returned before crediting)

If you return the order within the accrual period, the Wallet will not be generated and you will not receive the credit.

➔Example 3 (returned after credit)

If you have already used the Wallet and then request a return of the original order that generated that credit, Mr Key Shop may charge the corresponding amount to your Wallet or request a refund.
