Cashback Regulations – Mr Key Shop

1. Scope and purpose

These regulations govern the methods of accumulating and using credit earned from purchases made on Mr Key Shop as part of promotions.

2. Definitions

  • Wallet: electronic credit awarded to the customer as a result of a promotion or marketing campaign, which can be spent on future orders on Mr Key Shop.
  • Accrued credit: amount that will be credited to the customer's Wallet after the accrual period has ended.
  • Accrual period: minimum period of time before the credit is definitively credited.
  • Generating order: order that entitles the customer to Wallet credit.

3. Credit accumulation (credit)

  1. Wallet credits resulting from promotions will be automatically credited to the customer's account within 14 days of the date of completion of the generating order, unless otherwise specified in the promotional communication.
  2. The credit is calculated on the basis of the amount paid net of taxes, shipping costs and any other discounts applied at the time of purchase.
  3. The credit cannot be used until the accrual period has expired.

3.1 Point conversion system

  • For the purposes of managing the Wallet, Mr Key Shop adopts a standardized measurement system. Each euro credited to the Wallet corresponds exactly to 1 point. Points have the same value as euros and are used exclusively to represent the credit available within the Wallet.

4. Use of the Wallet

  1. The Wallet can only be used on orders subsequent to the one that generated the credit; it cannot be used on the same order.
  2. The credit can be combined with other previously credited amounts, unless otherwise specified in the promotion.
  3. The Wallet is personal and non-transferable. It cannot be converted into cash.
  4. The Wallet is a tool reserved exclusively for companies with a VAT number.
  5. Use of the Wallet is subject to verification of the company's identity and compliance with billing data.

5. Returns, refunds and credit revocation

  1. In the event of a total or partial return of the order before the Wallet credit is credited (i.e. during the accrual period), the relevant credit will not be generated and will not be credited.
  2. If the return takes place after the Wallet has been credited, Mr Key Shop reserves the right to:
    • Cancel the credit corresponding to the value of the return; or
    • Charge the Wallet (or other subsequent orders) with the amount corresponding to the unduly used credit; or
    • Request reimbursement of the corresponding amount by invoicing or other means of recovery.
  3. The customer accepts that Mr Key Shop may apply the appropriate automatic balance adjustments to ensure the integrity of the programme.

6. Validity period

  • The Wallet has no short expiry date unless otherwise stated; however, Mr Key Shop reserves the right to set a validity date for specific promotional campaigns, which will be clearly indicated in the promotional communication.

7. Restrictions and combinability

  1. Use of the Wallet may be subject to restrictions indicated in the individual promotion (excluded categories, ineligible products, etc.).
  2. The Wallet can only be combined with promotional discounts if explicitly permitted by the promotion itself.

8. Liability and disputes

  1. For any dispute relating to the calculation, crediting or use of the Wallet, the customer may contact Customer Service at [email protected], indicating the order number and description of the problem.
  2. Mr Key Shop will examine requests promptly and provide written feedback.

9. Data protection

The processing of personal data relating to the Wallet programme will be carried out in accordance with the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data. The information collected will be used exclusively for the management of the programme and for administrative purposes.

10. Changes to the regulations

Mr Key Shop reserves the right to amend these rules; any changes will be communicated by publication on the website and/or by sending a notification to users.
